COVID-19 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Due to caution and CDC recommendations for COVID-19, we are asking all of our patients to please notify us BEFORE your scheduled appointment if you have had any recent travel, contact with any potential exposures, or ANY of the following symptoms: Fever, Headache/Body Aches, Sore Throat, Shortness of Breath, Chills, and Fatigue. We are also advising our patients to check their temperature prior to their appointment and report any temperature above 99.6 degrees F BEFORE coming to the office.
In addition we are asking that you do not bring any visitors with you to your appointment. Any visitors will be asked to return to their vehicle. We must ask that children not be brought to the office unless they are a patient, in which case we are only able to allow one parent to accompany the minor.
We are happy to reschedule your appointment via telephone in the case of any concerns.
Your health and safety is of upmost importance and we appreciate your attention and compliance with this matter.
